Mini Memphis Style Burgers

1 lb. Ground Beef
3 TBSP Red Onion, finely diced
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, finely diced
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
Salt, to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
6 slices, Cheddar cheese (or substitute your favorite cheese)
Mini Slider Buns (12)
1/2 cup Coleslaw
1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
6 slices Crispy Cooked Bacon, (cooked, then cut in half)
Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt & pepper to the beef and mix. Form into 12 mini burgers. Grill burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 160 deg F. Towards the end of grilling, cut each cheese slice in quarters and put two quarters on each burger. Grill until just melted. Lightly toast each burger bun until warm and toasty.
To assemble burgers, place each burger on a bun and top with coleslaw, bacon & BBQ sauce. Enjoy!!
