Grilled Red Wine Marinated Rib Eyes

A perfect dish for that next special day to celebrate. These grilled Rib Eyes are first marinated in a delicious red wine marinade & then seared & grilled to a perfect juicy steak. Enjoy


2 lbs. Rib Eye Steaks

1 1/2 cups Red Wine

1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 1/2 cups Olive Oil

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

3 cloves Garlic, minced





To make the marinade: whisk together the red wine, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic. Pour over your steaks and marinate for at least 20-30 minutes or up to a day.


Heat your grill to a very high heat (500 deg F). Oil your grate down to prevent steaks from sticking. Sear each steak on high heat for 1 minute on each side. Turn heat down to 400 deg F. Cook steak to your liking on chart below depending on both the thickness of the steak, as well your temperature preference.
