8 oz sheet Frozen puff pastry
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled fine
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and lay out onto a floured surface to thaw. Once thawed, roll out with a floured rolling pin into a longer rectangle.
Sprinkle the pastry with Gorgonzola cheese and then generously with black pepper.
Slice pastry into squares and then transfer the squares to a non stick baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Serve in a nice serving bowl or dish.
