Ever struggle with trying to figure out how much batter you need for your recipe? You have a great recipe you've found, but your cake pan is a different size. No more frustration! Use this easy chart where I've done the math for you! Simply find your original recipe pan size, then find the pan size you'd like to use. Use the Adjustment Amount on chart and multiply your original recipe ingredient amounts by this Adjustment Amount and these are your New Ingredient amounts. These new amounts will yield enough batter for your new pan size. Hope this helps!
