Ghostbuster Cocktail


2 oz Kahlua

4 oz Vodka

2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 TBSP Granulated Sugar

4 Candy Eyes

Ice



To make your whip cream ghosts, take your whip cream and whip on high for 5 to 10 minutes until you have high peaks on your cream. Add in sugar in the last minute. Transfer your whip cream to a bag and snip off the corner. Take some parchment paper and line a sheet pan that can be put into the freezer. Pipe or squeeze out your whip cream onto the parchment paper in the shape of ghosts. Place 2 candy eyes on each ghost and set in the freezer for about 10 minutes or hardened enough to transfer to drinks.


To make drinks, place ice in your cocktail shaker. Add Kahlua, Vodka & Bailey's into your cocktail shaker and shake until completely cold. Strain and pour your drinks into chilled glasses and top each drink with a ghost. Enjoy!
